Kris Owens brings a wealth of expertise and experience to our commercial division. Kris spent the last 40 years in the commercial escrow business, most recently as Vice president / Projects manager with Chicago Title Company in Oakland, CA.

For 20 years, Kris served as a Planning Commissioner in the city of Emeryville, helping to transform a once run down little know industrial city into the thriving hub of the East Bay that it is today.

Kevin Rooney worked in the chemical industry for the last 30 years, for the last 9 he has worked in industrial chemical sales, negotiating with companies such as Reichhold, Eastman, and Avery-Dennison.

As a Team (with over 50 years experience in sales and customer service combined) Kris and Kevin will work to find the right commercial space to fill your needs.
