Way back in September of 2005, Jason Crouch, Virginia McNeill and Brian Barry, opened "All Emeryville Properties" for business, offering professional real estate sales, leasing, property management and commercial real estate services. Being experts in the Emeryville real estate market and the many condominium developments in the city including: Watergate, Pacific Park Plaza, The Terraces, Emery Bay Village, to name just a few, our focus was on Emeryville and the surrounding neighborhoods. In those short 5 years, despite the unstable economic conditions, we have grown our business significantly, especially our property management activities, which have taken us well beyond the Emeryville city limits. You could say, as we've grown, we've out grown our name! To this end we have decided to rename ourselves "All East Bay Properties" which is more in line with our broader reach across the entire San Francisco East Bay.
